Heeeeey - I'm Sophie, I go to Nottingham University, only started 6 weeks ago living in halls self catered absolutely loving it except I've gained near enough a stone...13 whole lbs!! I didn't actually think that was possible but still I cant say I haven't had fun hahaha but now its time for me to get back to my 'pre-uni' lifestyle to make not only myself feel better but also my bank balance...takeaways really are expensive!
So yeaaaah here it goes - thought I'd start a food diary so people can kick me back into line if/WHEN needs be
Day1 - EE
Breakfast: mushroom and onion omelette with beans
Snack: ryvita minis (HEXB) and 2 pears
Lunch: Pasta and sauce (cheese leek and ham) - 1syn?
Snack: 2x digestives I COULDN'T HELP IT (8syns)
and im planning sw chips with chicken and roast veg for dinner!
