Hello there!:wavey:

this is my second SW diary as I used to do one at the beginning of this year. I packed SW in (don't know why) I wish I hadn't now looking back at my weight losses on my signature. I joined WW for a few weeks but couldn't be doing with counting points on everything that passed my lips! so I rejoined SW 24th Sept, since then I have lost 9lbs! yay!! I am expecting a gain this week as I had a couple of days off eating everything in sight! my weigh day is Tuesday morning so I will see what damage I have done tomorrow!:rolleyes: I decided to start another diary so I can post pics of what I am eating with the hope it will spur me on to stick to the diet properly!

I will post my weight gain (or loss!) tomorrow then start my food diary on here.
 
hiya Caz, I love seeing photos of what people are eatingg I think it gives others ideas and also helps you know that your doing a great job. I also take photos of my food. Just to show how lovely eating healthy can look and taste.
You have done the right thing by re joining sw. I think its the best plan I have ever been in. And the best results as well.!

Well surprise surprise I lost half a pound!! I cant believe it! I will have to be extra good this week as I don't want it catching up with me next week. the only thing that may get in my way is a family Halloween party on Friday night, pie & peas, probably lots of alcohol too! I will try to not go mad so it shouldn't effect me too much! i'll drink vodka & diet coke as that's the lowest syns. maybe if I just eat the pie filing & have loads of mushy peas the damage wont be too bad!

scrambled eggs (f) baked beans (f) mushrooms (sf) & tomatoes (sf) with a cup of coffee! very filling & most of all warm on this freezing cold day!
 
My lunch today was stir fry with quorn & half a pack of blue dragon sauce (3 syns)
My tea was chicken breast wrapped in bacon medallions, sw chips & garlic mushrooms.
Snacks are 2 hifi light bars (HXB) & a curly wurly (6 syns) & a choc options to make a one cup pudding (2 syns) which I had with a mullerlight! Yummy!

Hiya, yes im on ee, there were loads of mushrooms until I cooked them, they cooked down more than I expected! My stir fry was probably more than 2/3rds so I was definately covered on that one!

Just a banana for breakfast as we went shopping, went to the chippy for lunch while we were in town I had fish with the batter removed with m7shy peas, it was yummy & free!
My tea is going to be chicken breast with smas mash & a pile of veggies only syns will be gravy granules about 3.
Snacks are 2 alpen light bars (hxb) & I have made a half syn cake which I will try to add a pic of later as I cant seem to do it on my phone!

I haven't been on since Thursday I have just realised! Had a very very bad week because of Halloween! I am like a big kid when it comes to sweets, all was going perfectly until Thursday night, I had bought sweets in for Halloween which I kept eating & then the kids came home with bags & bags full of them! it totally threw me off track. Friday was a family Halloween party with scrummy pie & peas & plenty of vodka! got a bit tipsy! Saturday was a girly night at my friends house which involved even more vodka & she kindly made a gorgeous lasagne & garlic bread! Sunday I couldn't get back on track so my weigh in day is Tuesday & I will be expecting a huge gain! never mind life will get in the way sometimes! Like I have said before if I cant stick to it 100% I cant stick to it at all so after my weigh in on Tues I will be back on it 100%
 
well as predicted I had a 2lb gain this week! back on the wagon today tho!
breakfast was a banana & alpen light bar (HXB) at slimming class

lunch is slimming world chips with a chicken breast & salad

tea will be beef casserole with mash & extra veggies about 2 syns for the gravy granules

snacks sw scotch egg 1syn the other alpen light (HXB)

plenty of syns left for any snacks with a coffee this afternoon!

ive had a great Slimming World day today!

breakfast was smash pancakes with chopped banana, my favourite breakfast!

lunch was a sausage & pasta bake which I made last week & froze, it had cheese in it & was about 2.5syns in total, lots of onions & mushrooms for the superfree!

tea was mushy pea curry with chicken & microwave rice 1syn, onions, mushrooms & tinned tomatoes for the superfree

dessert was cream soda rice pudding which I made for the first time today & it was lovely! the kids helped me eat it so i'll have to make some more!

snacks were a pink & white 2.5syns & I will be having 2 hifi bars at work later (HXB)

so a total of 6syns!! I wish I could be this organised everyday!

lunch - sw corned beef quiche 1syn, pasta salad (F & SF) chicken pieces (F) extra light mayo 0.5 syns

tea - sw hunters chicken (F & SF) SW chips (F)

snacks - 3 x SW Ferrero rocher 3 syns & 3 x SW brownies 3 syns

HXA skimmed milk
HXB 2 x hifi bars

after a fab slimming week I am really looking forward to weigh in tomorrow! I usually weigh in on a Tuesday but I have decided to transfer to a Wednesday class as I didn't really like my old one, the consultant was nice enough but it really bugged me that she doesn't give out certificates for milestones or SOWT! also 40p for a cuppa is way too much, a previous class I used to go to but cant now because of work used to give all the certificates out & drinks were free! I just think its a bit tight of the consultant when we pay fees every week, I know they have to buy them but I read on a group or forum somewhere that certs only cost them 8p! anyway rather than me keep grumbling to myself about what I don't like in class I decided to change! so roll on tomorrow! I have been in contact with my new consultant & she has been messaging me which is more than my old one did & I haven't even been to class yet!

so great week all week except for a bit of a blip on sunday afternoon where I had a snack attack & probably ate about 25syns over my daily allowance but as I have been having about 6-10ish syns a day I should be ok.

I treat myself to a new book which I am going to use as my food diary, its the same size as my old WW journal which I used to like to use, its got a plasticky cover so will hopefully last a while & stay nice & clean. got it from home bargains for about 99p bargain!!

thanks Becky! im really chuffed with that loss but I did gain 2lb last week!

only been in the house for half the day today so my meals are not fantastic but here they are anyway!

breakfast - alpen light in SW class HXB, I would have had a banana too but had non left :-(

lunch - quick mugshot before going out supermarket shopping

snack - pack of morrisons satay skewer things, 8 skewers for 2syns

tea - pack of Chinese savoury rice with extra peppers & mushrooms

snacks - marshmallow flump thingy 2syns, hifi bar HXB, 2 x toffee popcorn rice cakes 4syns & a banana

total syns - 8

feeling very positive about the week ahead, I really want to have a decent loss again as I always seem to gain a bit after a good loss!
