this is my second SW diary as I used to do one at the beginning of this year. I packed SW in (don't know why) I wish I hadn't now looking back at my weight losses on my signature. I joined WW for a few weeks but couldn't be doing with counting points on everything that passed my lips! so I rejoined SW 24th Sept, since then I have lost 9lbs! yay!! I am expecting a gain this week as I had a couple of days off eating everything in sight! my weigh day is Tuesday morning so I will see what damage I have done tomorrow! I decided to start another diary so I can post pics of what I am eating with the hope it will spur me on to stick to the diet properly!
I will post my weight gain (or loss!) tomorrow then start my food diary on here.
