Second time starting slimming world!

I'm finally back, and so relieved to be back! I joined slimming world in 2010 after my honeymoon and the horrendous photo I saw of me sitting in Disney world....

I loved slimming world... Loved my grub and it was the diet for me! I won miss slinky 2012 & felt amazing- I had in total lost 7st by December 2011 and was finally happy with my weight for the first time ever! Then in December I found out I was pregnant with our first baby! Over the moon but determined to stick to SW throughout! ... Then the cravings for all things cherry started.... Jam, sweet, scones, buns, cordial, lemonade.... Cherry in it, I craved it! And haribo gold bears, by the bucket full!

I gave up on SW as I found watching the scales rise and rise so upsetting! I now have the most gorgeous baby girl but also such a lot of weight to lose :0( and I'm so determined to get my skinny figure back!

I started back on Monday and I want to lose almost 6stone! I just keep telling myself I've done it once, I can do it again & slimming world REALLY works!!!!

So here goes!!!! First goal is my first weigh in- I want as much off as possible! :0)

First weighin tomoro night & I'm getting nervous! Had 0syns all week as I was heading out to see Leo Sayer in concert last night. Knew I'd be in the bar from 12! I had 40syns of alcohol and 3syns with my food, and managed just to have the chicken & black bean sauce today to syn!

Never eaten as much fruit & veg as I have this week so really hoping for a nice loss.... A gain will leave me entirely GUTTED!

I am grateful if anyone has any tips on shifting a bit more before tomoro night, after weekend drinking....
 
We always head out for breakfast on a Saturday morning.... And I decided to go for salad.... Only ate a wee but of pineapple and didn't tough the cranberry but it was yummy!

I knew I was gonna be in the bar yesterday all day, and everyone gets chips at half time at the football match so I decided to prepare to avoid temptation- had quite a few folk ask where I got my salad as it looked lovely :D

Truth is i had prepared my fruit etc & was heading to m&s for a salad to take but my husband headed out to work on sat morning and appeared home with this for me!!!

He knew I was trying so hard this week (he's seen the results b4, loved them, and loves SW!) and this really surprised me- not only did he pick a SW friendly delicious salad where he picked everything he knew I loved, and was allowed.... But he's a vegetarian getting a chicken salad made up for me!!!!!! Gold star!! :D

Thursdays breakfast and lunch - had something similar every day this week- I just think the food looks so tasty! :D

Anyways.... I feel like I'm talking to myself here and before I start hearing myself reply I'd best shut up :D

I've been so so good all week- really stuck to 1/3 superfree, and I was out on Saturday in the bar so had 40syns used then- usually would have been ALOT more!

Now.... Can I do the same next week? Unlikely, but no harm in trying equally as hard!!

Now I'm sitting down to the biggest serving of mushy pea curry and gonna thoroughly enjoy it!!

Fun day today in work.... Didn't get a second! Had a quick salad from the chip shop next door which was syn free & gorgeous! Managed two bananas which had been at my desk since Friday - I prefer them green!

Home tonight and having a girlie night watching dora & peppa with my wee monkey as my oh is away to a dart meeting! Just had mushy pea curry & sitting down to a nice plate of fruit!

Decided to try 'different' fruits & veggies this week so I called in and got Sharon fruit (perisimmon I think they r), pomelo, and marrow! No idea what to do with them but will try something new!

Just finished the prep work for a huge veggie stew too so that's our tea sorted for about 3 days! I tend to make a huge batch of dinner and it lasts a few meals, ensuring each meal has LOADS of veggies in it and also this frees up more mummy baby doggie & husband time :0)

Worked out in my head that I would like 1.5st off for Christmas now - that's 2lb per week from now on in- it will be tough but it would be lovely to achieve! I've a week in New York coming up surrounded by cheesecake, pizza & pretzels.... However we tend to walk so much that I can eat that stuff and come home with very little gain!

At the minute I'm beginning to crave sweet stuff but keep focusing on my NY cheesecake....

Tuesday diary

Breakfast - 2 bananas

Lunch - Salad - breast of chicken, egg, hellmanns fat free dressing, hea grated cheese - very small spoonful, beetroot, peppers, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, pineapple, carrot

Dinner - Mushy pea curry - brown basmati rice, mushy peas, baked beans, peppers, onions, mushrooms, curry powder

Snacks - 3 clementines, apple, green grapes

Coffee - very little milk

Well within HEA and no HEB
No syns
 
Breakfast - melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple

Lunch - stew - stock cubes, potatoes, onions, carrot, parsnip, mushroom

Dinner - stew - stock cubes, potatoes, onions, carrot, parsnip, mushroom, sprouts, brocolli, green beans, brown rice

Snacks - starbucks sugar free syrup, espresso

HEA - semi skimmed milk 4 coffees

Feeling really positive tonight and really determined to lose as much as possible this week! Trying to avoid syns but if I NEED something then I'll have it! Going well so far today though!

Hi Katie's world! Forgot to add Pepsi max 500ml & diet coke 330ml today! (And 1 dolly mixture - the chewy one as my daughter can't manage them yet- just one so I'm not synning it :b - that's the rebel in me lol )
