Wednesday 6th November:

I've had a really bad day today due to being ill with the bug that's going around. :(

I didn't really want to eat at all but settled with something little from the rest of the family's takeaway (really supportive -__-)

Dinner: egg fried rice

I know this is syns but I can't be bothered to find the value for it as I want to go to sleep and I haven't eaten anything else today.

Here to subscribe - Your food diary looks really good. Well done with the weight loss so far, you're doing great! :)

The Activia Vanilla 0% yoghurts that you mentioned on Sunday, where did you find that they were free? I've tried looking on SW online and couldn't find them, haha I'm obviously not looking hard enough. I'd be over the moon if they are free :)

If you go to the syn calculator and do a keyword search on Activia you will see all of their options. 0% rhubarb and 0% Biscuity Toffee & Banana Yogurt, 155g pot both have 1/2 syn. The other 0% fat activia's seem to be free :D
I'm made up about this too- thanks Lishaa!!!

Thursday 14th November:
Green day

I've decided to start highlight the actual food diary part of my posts in a different colour (purple at the minute) to make it easier for me to find when I look back, and for anyone else that is interested too I suppose. It keeps them separate from the other rambly little bits that I post with them haha.

Today, I've decided to commit to no longer eating meat (something I have done in the past) so from now on will mostly be doing green days. However, there may be the very very odd exception on the food front where I will eat a small amount of fish when I take my Grandad out for dinner because it's our favourite. But all in all I'm super excited for the change & feel it's a very positive step to get me to where I need to be, which is the whole point of all this healthy eating malarkey in the first place :D

B: 2 x nimble (HeB), 1 x 35g mini pot of Philadelphia lightest (1.5 syns).

L: Egg fried noodles (Free), Spring onion (Superfree)

D: Quorn (Free) with brocolli, leeks and peas (Superfree), Served with pasta (Free) with a philadelphia sauce (4 syns).

HeA: 250ml semi skimmed milk

HeB: 2 x nimble, ww petit pain

Syns: 5.5/15

I'm also SUPER proud of myself today - when I was in the uni shop to buy a drink I managed to resist all of the naughties they sell! (there is literally nothing healthy, chocolate and crisps floor to ceiling). This might not sound like much but to me it's a big achievement :D

I'll continue adding to this when I've actually finished eating for the day :)

Hope you've all had a good day too x
