Red and green days
Yesterday was a red day. I had:
B. Cheese (30g cheddar) and mushroom omelette with toast (2 slices nimble) and a mullerlight.
L. Roast chicken, swede, green beans, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and red cabbage. 4 level tsp chicken bisto best gravy (2)
D. Chicken salad sandwich with pineapple and melon.
I then had a bowl of pumpkin soup made with just pumpkin, an onion and stock cube.
I had a rocky caramel bar and a treat size bag maltesers (10 syns for the two)
Today is a green day so I've had:
B. 35g porridge oats, 250ml semi milk, a banana and a mullerlight.
L. 4 dairy lea light triangles, 2 slices nimble, tomato and cucumber. A bowl of pumpkin soup. Melon and a mullerlight.
D. I shall have egg fried rice, mushrooms and stir fry veg.
Don't know about syns yet. But I shall have 10 in total.
