Hi,
I wanted to start a diary as I have lost a lot of weight on slimming world and through exercise!!
But as the Xmas chocs and treats appear, I'm a little worried about gaining!! So I thought a food and exercise diary would help me stay on track??
And also have help and advice from all of you too!!!
I'm a complete chocolate and cake fiend!!! So really need to reign that in!!!
I am a mother of 4 and a housewife, I recently got married in July!!

Hello and good morning Today's plan is: B: bacon, sw fried eggs, beans ( with a banana after) L: mugshot with chicken and mixed veg, apple plum and a ww Greek yogurt D: sw chicken and chorizo jambalya, 2 oranges and a muller greek lemon. Not sure on what to use my syns or he's today!! Will edit as and when. I am also going to do nell mcandrews ultimate challenge DVD!! (When I can get my bum out of bed) ;-) Well I did 1hr 10mins of my DVD this morning!! Stuck to plan so far and have had some grapes about 3pm.

Edit: he: 35g muesli with ww yogurt strawberries and raspberries!! Yum yum

Today is my eldest daughters 12th birthday!! Which means I will stay on plan as much as possible, although we are going out to an all you can eat tonight!!! :-/ eeekkk!!!! Plan for today: B: strawberries, pears, bananas raspberries yogurt L: savoury rice mixed veg D: all you can eat, planning on boiled rice and dry tomatoey chicken dishes!!! It's the puddings / desserts I can't resist!!! Will update later.

Edit: well I had a small piece of birthday cake, a small slice of cake when we were out!!! Didn't completely overdo it, but I'm sure I had way too many syns. Ooopppss!!!

Today is my second eldest daughters dance show!! I'm there all day!! 10-6!! I've just put some savoury rice on, so will add some veg to that and have that for my lunch!!! And stock up on fruit!!! Plan for today: B: fruit yogurt L: savoury rice, apple orange D: maybe jacket potato when I get back?? Will add this later Syns: 2 x mintoes (4)

Edit: I've eaten a few chewy sweets!!!!
But did have jacket potato with beans and tuna for dinner!! Was yummy!!

Monday again!!!! Plan for today B: fruit and yogurt L: left over savoury rice and jambalya D: slow cooker beef stew!! I've done the 30 day shred today, will do an hr walk round trip to collect my daughter from dancing, and tonight is Zumba.

Edit: 2 roses chocolates ( 4 )

Well today I have a slow day!! Stay in till about 2pm then shopping and meet my daughter to get new school shoes

B: yogurt fruit

L: pasta in tomatoey sauce

D: sticky chicken and gammon with rice

Feel like this diary is just me talking to myself but hey ho!!!

I'm going to do davinas 30 mins cardio box this morning aswell
