My extra easy food diary (joined sw 2/12/13)

Joined last night so putting my diary here to track what I eat etc:

Breakfast:
Mullerlight strawberry Banana Apple Special K 30g (5.5 syns) 150ml semi skimmed milk (heA)

Lunch:
Baked Potato + Heinz beans with Salad: Plain grilled chicken, boiled egg, baby sweetcorn, beet root, peppers, lettuce, cucumber, salt & pepper.

Dinner: TBC

Drinks:
2 x Sugar Free Red Bull
1/2 pint water

Snacks:
Picked at salad as I haven't done a shop yet.
3 xAlpen fudge and choc(2 from heb and 1 @ 2.5 syns)

Total syns used: 8 (so far!)
