Quick Question!

Just starting back and doing it on my own - no meetings can you just check today has been ok as I'm stuffed!

B - muller light vanilla and sprinkled dark choc yoghurt with raspberries (F and SF)
L - mugshots BBQ and packet of velvet crunch (free and 4 syns)
snack - houmous (SW recipe) 1 whole grain ryvita (1syn?) carrot and yellow pepper sticks
T - SW chips, large salad and a quorn steak thing (free, super free and free?) ww roll toasted (HEXB)

about 5 cups of tea with splashes of skimmed milk in each.

was thinking of having another muller and rasps and meringue crushed for an Eton mess before bed if I get peckish. Does that all sound ok people?!

Hi, are you doing Ee or green days? You've only had 1B but say syns? for ryvita. You can have two a's and two b's on a green/red day :) good luck!

It looks good, are you doing EE? :) The only think I would say is maybe measure your hexA so youre sure youre getting the right amount throughout the day. Also your lunch, while it wasn't naughty, there was no SF. Each meal should be 2/3 free 1/3 SF so maybe try adding extra veggies, onion and mushrooms to your mugshot or have a salad with it.

On to today's food diary as think this is going to help keep on track...

B - cereal and skimmed milk ran out of fruit :-(
L - mugshot and going to have a salad in a minute
D - chicken in bacon with lots of sf veg and sw chips or rice

Snacks - probably some velvet crunch crisps (4 syns) and might make some pasta

I know what you mean about fruit in winter, I get around it by getting ASDAs frozen summer berry mix, and warming it up. Its lovely just on its own or with a bit of yogurt, porridge or even with a little SW pancake or SW muffin

If you know you're going to be somewhere that you cant get SF would you consider taking a small tupperware box with some veggie sticks in? or just bite the bullet an have some fruit that you can keep in your bag and isnt messy like grapes or a satsuma? Satsumas are totally christmassy too!

another way of getting a bit of SF is to add lemon or lime wedges to your (diet) drinks or water.x.
