Hi everyone sooooo my slimming world journey has started! I'm going to use this diary to log ALL my food intake and thoughts and feeling along the way, as well as other things like the obvious weigh in results etc!

I'm ready to roll! Had my breakfast and looking forward to slimming down whilst eating! Best diet ever I say!

I have found you :) here to subscribe to share meal ideas, recipes and thoughts along the way! I agree it is by far the best 'diet' out there, just need to get myself organised again and back to planning meals.

Today's going really well loving the selection of what I can eat! :))
 
Ok so today's food diary.....

Breakfast : 1/4 of a honeydew melon and a vanilla muller light.
Mid morning: banana.
Lunch: ham, golden veg savory rice , salad.
Afternoon: alpen light bar hexB, glass of milk (hea), 2 clementines.
Dinner: diet coke chicken with added veg (mushroom,onion, red pepper, mangetout and baby corn) with rice and salad.
Evening: options hot choc 2syns and a meringue nest 3.5syns with a dark choc and vanilla muller light.


Total syns: 5.5




This seems like a lot of food! Is this ok?! X
 
Day one is completed! Yay! I feel absolutely stuffed and love that I haven't felt hungry! Off to make an option Belgian hot choc for 2 syns to finish the evening with!

Well it's day 2. Woke at 5.45am and am raring to go again! Got my meals all planned out! I can't wait!

For now it's get the kids ready for school come home and have breakfast!

So my day is going better than first thought!

Started out all very positive, happy etc then I suddenly got the worst headache for like ever! I ended up going to tesco after the school, came home at 10.30 abd realised I hadn't eaten if drank anything so I wolfed down 2 large bananas, had a hefty lunch and have had loads of superfree to make up for it. Looking forward to tea and pudding plus my evening treats :)

Decided I'm going to make bubble and squeak patties for tomorrow's lunch! :) xxx
 
Day 2 done and dusted! Yay yay!
Here's todays food diary:

Breakfast : 2 bananas ( was food shopping so didn't have time)

Lunch: instant mash sainsburys one with leftover diet coke chicken packed with super free.

Mid afternoon: large bowl of strawberrys, blueberries, red grapes and blackberries smothered in muller light yoghurt with sweetner sprinkled on fruit.

Dinner: gammon steak (fat cut off) , sw chips , 3 mushrooms and a salad.

Evening: muller light vanilla with meringue nest and a clementine with grated freddo bar over the top!

Total syns for the day: 8

Have drunk 4 pints of squash today and now finishing with a can of diet coke! Perfect!

Oooo I did I just forgot to add them in to diary hehe! I had 2 whole meal 400g slices and 6 extra light dairylea triangles added into my mash for lunch! Hehe xxx
 
Dinner and my evenings treat! :)

Fine thanks, I managed to get to target end of May, lowering it in July, and got there end of August.
Maintaining is not quite so easy, but it's certainly worth it - so, carry on the way you are, keep that determination and you'll succeed
