Hi everyone I've just joined the site as was looking for on line SW support, I joined class last week! I know a few weeks before Xmas but kind thought joining now would save piling on more over festive season so I'll be quite happy if stay same! Still getting my head round it as I usually go to Scottish Slimmers! I like the idea of food diarys as can get some ideas from everyone else!!! Ihave about 3 st to lose not set a definite target yet as want to see how I get on!!!
Got my Xmas night out tomorrow I'm sure the meal will be healthy, I'll just need to limit the alcohol!!!!
