Well tis Xmas eve My gorgeous son is watching cbeebies panto and I am planning my 2014 goals not to many but Slimming world restart is a priority.. Getting to a personal goal In Septmeber has set me sprawling weight-wise so so stupid but that's what new years are just perfect for I have no hols booked no huge anniversary's e.t.c this year so nothing to go into panic mode about so Boxing day I will be back on plan...

I started slimming world at 27 stone 7 lb I got down to 19 st 13 lb in September and panicced and have yoyo'd up and down 20 stone marker for last 4 months so now weighing in at 21 st 7 lb again im starting my fight!!

Boxing day today very nearly back on plan apart from picking at a few chocs, really hoping to drop a pound or two before Saturday..

Hea- milk in coffees.
Heb-1 w/m bread.
brek-beans on toast. and watermelon.
Lunch-s/w chips, lean turkey and beef, gravy peas and a pear.
Tea- homemade chicken soup all free.
syns- chocs and gravy
ex-2x 10 mins on shaky, 1x 20 mins on bike and loads of housework!!
not 100% but a huge improvement on last few days...Aiming for a fab day tomorrow... Karen.:worthy:
 
27th Dec.. Planning to sit down with my mag in work and meal plan for the week, I need to get to farmfoods over weekend to stock up on meats and veg, got loads of rubbish here to eat but nowt healthy as I have been running freezer down for weeks..

lunch-jacket pot, beans and a lil cheese (syns)
Dinner-chips egg and beans..

Going for stodge today to help get me back on track I am back in work this afternoon so normality is round the corner and back to group tomorrow x
