Mission to lose the cardigan in 2014

Hello, starting slimming world again and I like to do mainly red days, with some EE thrown in.

As expected, December has been a very indulgent month and I haven't weighed myself yet as I am too scared!

I have bought so many nice clothes recently but due to the size of my middle, have been putting a cardigan over everything in an attempt to hide my bulges. 2014 is going to be the end of that!

So diary for today

Saturday 28 December (Red)

Cheese omelette (Hex A)
Cocoa (Hex A, 2 syns)
Clementine
Fillet steak and fried egg (frylight)
Alpen lights (Hex B)
Small slice of pizza, glass red wine (16 syns)
Cereal bar (4 syns)

I was brave enough to weigh myself :-/ I am 11 stone 3.5. So over the Christmas period it looks like I have gained around 5lbs.

Didn't get around to updating my diary yesterday as had a hectic one, but it wasn't a bad day.

I am having this evening off for New Year today, going to be good today but will have a curry and some drinks this evening. I will then be updating properly for 2014!

I jumped on the scales this morning and am down to 11 stone 0.75lb. So I have lost nearly 3lb of my Christmas weight in just a few days so anyone worrying about Christmas weight gain, it will come off as quickly as it went on :)
