Hi. I'm starting a diary... Only started SW yesterday. I'm looking forward to making positive changes!!! I know I can do this!! I have 9st to loose. It looks like the biggest mountain but after reading how some other people have done on here I'm feeling inspired!!! Wish me luck!
Sunday 29th December 2013 - original/red day
Tinned tomatoes, HE whole meal bread, quorn sausage. Eggs,bacon- 2.5 syns margarine 1.5 tomato ketchup HE 35g cheddar tangerines and a banana
Exercise - went for a walk/jog did 1.46 miles. Was happy with that! Aiming to do 5 per week and increase every other week!
Also joined the January challenge in here, I've put myself down for a 6lb loss so fingers crossed!!!!
Am doing a green day tomorrow, I've decided preparation is the key!!!
30th December 2013 green day
Breakfast - Wetabix (HE) milk (HE) 2 tangerines
Doing good so far, in work and was the only person who didn't partake in the Macdonalds breakfast!!! I did feel I was getting fatter just smelling it!!! Am proud I resisted!!! So far on track!
Lunch I've just has, noodles and curry powder, tangerine and lots of water!!! Oh and soy sauce!! All free!!!
Tea I had - SW chips, peas and Quorn sausage!- I also had a desperado!!!! Her mad with myself now!!!
Red day - December 31st 2013
Breakfast - grapes free - dinner turkey, muller light yogurt - doing good so far, the office are ordering pizza and I've declined so far!!! Keep strong!!!!
One desperado is within syns - they are there to be used so don't stress ;)

Wow, 7lbs is great for your first week, hope I lose as much in mine! (first WI on Thursday)
