The pulled pork was amazing felt like a naughty treat but all syn free will be a regular meal on my slimming world journey only 1 bottle of water today grrrrr back to work tomorrow so 2 bottles minimum

Syns used today 9.5 pomegranate rubicon drink mmmm
 
Back to work I go didn't have time to take photos of my breakfast so will take photos when I get to work

Oh my gosh day off yesterday and the worse day ever hence no food diary for Thursday :(weigh in on Saturday I doubt I will have a loss oh well my fault. I'm gonna draw a line under yesterday it's a new day so here goes :)
