Here to start a new diary for 2014. I have 3st to lose and I want to achieve this in 6 months. I am going to be really focused and get it done no more messing about.

Green day

Breakfast
2 x ww wholemeal toast (1 hex b) with 2 eggs fried in fry light no spread

Lunch
Homemade tomato soup with 2 x ww wholemeal bread no spread 2 hex b

Dinner
Morrocan veg ( butternut squash, courgette, carrot, peppers) with a packet ah cous cous (2 syns)

Snacks
Banana, 2 satumas, 2 activia 0% yoghurt

Milk hexa
Total syns 2
Exercise: 0

Another green day today


Breakfast
2 x weetabix with stevia ( hex b) milk from allowance 250 ml ss milk (hex a)

Lunch
Homemade tomato soup. 2 x ww thick sliced wholemeal no spread. Activia 0% fat yog. Tiny bit of left over cous cous 0.5 syns

Dinner
Jacket potato beans and cheese ( hexa) with a salad

Snack small bag buttons (4 syns) 2 satay as

Total syns 4.5
Exercise 45 minute spin class

Posting for yesterday as didn't get a chance last night. Was a touch off plan due to a lunch out.

Breakfast
2x weetabix with banana & milk from allowance

Lunch
Ministrone soup did not eat the bread. Pasta with bacon cooked in a chilli tomato sauce. Definitely would of had olive oil in it but no cream. A scoop of ice cream. Was given two but gave the other one to my oh.

Dinner
U think I wouldn't have room but had a mackerel salad.

Going to say it was a EE day but because of no veg in pasta this is bending the rules a bit. Could have been better but could also have been a lot lot worse!!!!

Lunch
Brown rice with left over Moroccan veg

Dinner
Roast chicken with potatoes roasted in fry light roasted butternut squash peas,carrots & green beans. Gravy 3 points.

Snack
Activia 0% yog, shortbread biscuit x2 10 points

Milk for teas (hexa)

Monday green

Breakfast
Banana

Lunch
Sweet & sour mug shot with left over veg in it. Sound wired but wasn't to bad. Satsuma. Low fat yog 3

Dinner
Quorn mince pasta bake. Cheese (hexa)

Snack
Shortbread biscuit 5 syns ( nearly all gone now last of the Christmas stuff)

Milk for teas hex a

I am but only just lol poured half a tub of yeo valley 0% vanilla yoghurt on top of some grapes earlier to find out not free but 3 syns lol
 
Ive done that before as well it seems to be a common error on slimming world. So gutting as well cos those yoghurts are just so damn good. I also made a similar error with avacados thinking they were free turned out they were 7 syns a half!!!

Helloooooo.... I forgot to write that I went to the gym yesterday for an hour I was a little achy today but in odd places, like just between my calf and ankles and just above my wrist. God knows why!! But to make my body hate me more I went to spin tonight and the instructor was one of those people who gets a kick out of nearly killing the whole class. I'm obviously not fit but when you see the regular skinny's and muscles from Brussels brigade struggling you know u have been a hard class, so I was pretty proud I made it through it! I did look like I had been in the pool by the end. I wish I was one of those girls that glows after a bit of excursion I just turn into a fountain!!!

Anywho today was a EE day

Breakfast
2 x weetabix (hexb) stevia, chopped banana milk ( hexa) leftover used in tea for the day

Lunch
Mackerel salad,0% activia yoghurt and pineapple

Dinner
Quorn mince chilli with rice

Shortbread biscuit 5 syns.

Tomorrow is my weigh day so fingers crossed!!

Good on you going to gym xx I want to start aqua fit again as it took the weight off my knees xx I sound like an old lady and im 30 this year lol

Hi smurfette how's your day been. I really like aqua fit but don't really like swimming when it's cold. I hate the bit when you have to get out the pool and its bloody freezing!! I am really pushing myself to go to the gym as I am getting married may 2015 but I kind of need to start looking for the dress by August. I have a holiday booked in June so that's why I said 6 months then I can enjoy my holiday and then one big push July/August. God I wish I was 30 again, but lots of great things have happened to me in my 30's so don't be too worried. 30 is the new 20, 40 is the new 30 and 50 is the new 40 haha!!!

Its been very relaxed, hubby been off so went to see family and got attacked by my 2 year old niece lol. I would like to be near target by my 2nd anniversary which is in April :D I cant quite believe im 30 next its like end of a era at min lol
