Extra Easy: Is this a good plan for tomorrow?

Breakfast: 2 alpen light bars
A handful of grapes and half a banana
A coffee with my milk allowance



Lunch: chicken salad with ready to eat chicken slices from Waitrose and 1 tablespoon chilli sauce ( 1 syns)


Snack: muller light with chopped fruit on top


Dinner: nandos 1/4 chicken leg
1/4 chicken breast
Spicy rice
Corn on the cob ( all 10.5 syns)


I'm a bit unprepared as it was New Year's Day today. But generally is this ok and on plan for extra easy? Also can someone clarify if corn on the con counts as 1/3 of our plate being super free? Thanks
 
Oh ok I'll go for the side salad instead! Thanks for that ! How confusing!
 
Did you get through the day on that? Personally I would need to eat more or I would be hungry and go off plan. Hope it was a good day for you :)
 
Hi! Yep and one extra muller light before bed! I was stuffed!
