4 stone 8lbs to go - starting Extra Easy tomorrow

I lost around 2 stone since last year on harcombe diet & SW but I always follow for a few weeks then quit so this time iv paid for 3months of SW online subscription, which hopefully will spur me on.

Iv sat and wrote a meal plan for the next week & just been to aldi to purchase the food.

I'm going to do a few things different this time which will help me stay on track :-

1. Drink lots of water
2. Drink less wine
3. Eat breakfast
4. Ensure I have 1/3 of super free food
5. Attempt exercise

If I stick to it for the next month I'm guna 'treat' myself to a gym membership ??!??!?
 
Weight : 14st 7.5lbs

Day 1

Breakfast - 2 alpen light (HEB)
Snack - fruit
Lunch - low fat super noodle
Snack - carrot, cucumber, tomato
Tea - passata, onion, garlic, pasta, bacon & asparagus, garlic bread slice (3 syns)
Snack - melon
 
And milk (HEA) for teas and also drinking water & green tea

Hopefully max syn will be 3.

Realised yesterday that last summer I threw out all my maxi dresses so this means I MUST lose weight!!!!!!

14/4/14 - 14st 5 1/2

Monday
B - strawberry & melon with yoghurt
L - 3 ryvita (HEB) with cottage cheese. Extra ryvita (1 Syns) Cucumber, radish & 30g low fat houmous (3 Syns)
S - grapes
T - trout, cous cous (1/2 syn), asparagus, baby corn, 1/2 tbsp olive oil (3 Syns)
Cups of tea using 250 ml milk
Lots of glasses of water!!!

Total Syns - 7.5

Not sure if I'll use the other 7.5 but if I do ,I hope to spend it on healthy food, possibly have quark with garlic spices and some quavers to dip in which are 3 Syns , taking me to 10.5 Syns.
 
Decided to scrap the olive oil & use fry light & had a garlic bread slice for 4 Syns so only an extra syn.
I plan to not drink alcohol till Friday & really hoping I stick to that as alcohol is my downfall , and crisps!
 
Tuesday
Weight 14st 3 3/4

Tuesday B - strawberry & mango with yoghurt S - grapes
L - mini quiche & salad (5g cheese HEA) S - cucumber, carrot, houmous (3 Syns)
T - chicken & Parma ham (3 Syns), salad & cous cous (1/2 syn)
S - 3 ryvita, cheese (15g HEA) , tomatoes (if I'm hungry after tea), 125ml milk for tea (other half of HEA) , 240ml lambrusco light wine - can't find the Syns for it but wine under 5% is 2 Syns per 125ml glass so I'll stick with 4 Syns

Total Syns 10.5

So far so good!i was At work today so i packed all my food & there's no shops etc near my work & no one eats crap so I'm glad that I know I'll stick with my food on a world day.

Just bought a second hand cross trainer for £25 wahooooo! Can't wait to get it tonight and use it

I know I shouldn't weigh daily but I'm very very chuffed as these are my last three days weights

Day 1 - 14st 5 1/2
Day 2 - 14st 3 3/4
Day 3 - 14st 0 3/4

Iv never lost that much that quick before! It's spurred me on to continue though!
Iv got my cross trainer now so I'll be using that today when I buy sow battery's.
 
So here is how my Wednesday really went

B - melon & yoghurt (1 syn)
L - bacon with fat(6 Syns), egg, sausage (4.5 Syns), mushroom, beans, tomatoes
T - chicken, gravy, roast potatoes (2 syn), cauliflower, broccoli, peas, fresh fruit salad
S - 2 mint imperials (1 syn), 25ml milk (0.5 Syns)

1/2 HEA - 5cups of tea= 150ml

1/2 HEA - 21g of reduced fat cheese

HEB - 3 aldi savour bakes

Total Syns - 15

Happy with today but I had more Syns that I needed due to :

I bought the wrong yoghurt which I thought was free but was actually 1 syn
My oh forgot to cut fat off bacon so I HAD to eat it :) wasting another 6 Syns
My oh gave my little girl my weight watcher sausage and I had her butchers sausage which was more Syns.
But I'm still within my allowance so happy days.
 
Thursday
14st 1lb

B - nothing
L - bacon, leeks, Philly , pasta (2 Syns)
T - haddock wrapped in Parma ham (1/2 syn), garlic new potatoes & babycorn
S - crab sticks, milk (1/2 HEA), more pasta later if I'm still hungry (1/2 HEA), crunchy (4 Syns)

Weight - 13st 13 1/2
Friday
B - nothing
L - soup, 2 ryvita (2 Syns)
T - pasta
S - 200ml red wine (6syns)

Total Syns - 8 syns


Finally in the 13's !!!!!!! Wahooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!
Well chuffed !!!!!
Since Monday iv only had 220mls of wine and that was on Tuesday, iv had no bread, no butter, no crisps & only one small chocolate bar.

I'll be happy to be 13st 13lbs on Monday after my first week, but would be nice to get rid of a few more and be 13st 10lbs on Monday (3 dulls days left) which'll be a 8 & 1/2 lbs loss (or 6 & 1/2lbs loss if I stay the same)
Feeling positive !
I just need to watch my alcohol consumption tonight and tomorrow.

Friday I had 200ml red wine & a white wine spritzer, plus 2 mint imperials = 14 Syns.
I had a salted caramel hi fi bar as my HEB


Saturday
Weight - I'm away so not got my scales

L - bacon, green bean & tomato pasta
T - chilli, salad
HEA - milk
HEB - salted caramel hi fi
S -I'm at a buffet so I'm unsure whether I'll have wine or not

On Sunday I hope to have -

L - pasta & sauce
T - buffet again arghhhh!!!

HEB - hi fi salted caramel
 
I think there must be something about April. Normally I don't go anywhere or get invited anywhere but this April - SHEESH - everyone wants to know me! Meals out, parties, get togethers, BBQ's.....

Sooooo...I attended the buffet and had a jacket potato , rice, salad & chilli which are all free !! I drank diet coke, again free, and no alcohol touched thy lips! Very pleased with myself.
I had a packet of crisps at 3 Syns and 2 hi if bars which we're my healthy extra, so only 3 Syns had.

At tomorrow's buffet I think I'll have cous cous (1/2 syn), sandwich meat, salad etc to keep good and probably no wine, I'll save the low cal wine I have for monday night so I have a good weigh in on Monday.

My first weigh in this morning - 14st 0lb
I am if course happy with that, but confused as I weight 13st 13 on day 4 and stuck to the diet yet gained another pound and didn't lose any more. Serves me right for weighing daily.
I'm going to try and hide my scales this week, I might have a weigh in on Thursday and that's it.
 
Ok just went to toilet (tmi) and I weighed 13st 13 1/2 so I'm sticking with that, so total loss after week 1 is - 6 pounds!!! And I'm in the 13s finally woop woop
 
So far today and what I'm going to have

B - porridge (HEB), 180ml milk (HEA)
S - crab claws, cup of tea - 30ml milk (HEA), pint of water
L - mini quiches, salad
S - crab sticks, cup of tea - 30ml milk (HEA), pint of water
T - bacon, green beans, passata, pasta, garlic slice (3 Syns) , pint of water
S - 3 mini quiches, cup of tea x 2 - 50ml (1.5 Syns)

Not sure whether to have a cadburys Creme @ 9syns or a salted caramel hi if bar @ 6 Syns later tonight as my easter treat as iv not eaten any Easter eggs over Easter !

I'm aiming for 10 each day now , my egg was my weigh in day treat.

I nearly caved and had takeaway tonight as feel like crap and needed comfort good but I thought I'll only feel even worse after eating it. Really chuffed with myself for not doing it :)

T - 3 butchers sausages (????), roast potatoes (0.5 Syns), carrots, peas, broccoli
