I lost around 2 stone since last year on harcombe diet & SW but I always follow for a few weeks then quit so this time iv paid for 3months of SW online subscription, which hopefully will spur me on.
Iv sat and wrote a meal plan for the next week & just been to aldi to purchase the food.
I'm going to do a few things different this time which will help me stay on track :-
1. Drink lots of water
2. Drink less wine
3. Eat breakfast
4. Ensure I have 1/3 of super free food
5. Attempt exercise
If I stick to it for the next month I'm guna 'treat' myself to a gym membership ??!??!?
