Time to get back to it.
I reached target in November 2012 and was pretty good at maintaining for 6 months. A few pounds started creeping on but over the last few weeks I have just gone totally off the rails and I am actually far to scared to get on the scales.
I have found a class to start tomorrow morning so I am getting ready by starting a new diary.
I found a food diary really useful last time so plan to update daily.
I will update all my stats tomorrow on return from class.
