Hello! Happy new year all. Been lurking around this site for a while now but since I need all the help I can get I thought I would post a food diary. I've done Slimming World a couple of times before, losing around a stone in a month before quitting and putting it all back on. This time I'm determined to lose at least 3 stone by the time I go on holiday in August. Off to uni in September as well so would be nice to look and feel like a brand, sparkling new me. Start weight is 13st, and starting today. (now that the christmas food seems to have all gone).

Not had anything to eat as of yet because I've got tooth ache Thinking an omelette though x
