Sorry for the totally uninspiring title! Just need somewhere to log my days food and my thoughts.
So, Today is green
2 x weetabix, 330ml skimmed milk, 1 grapefruit and sweetner.
Big bowl of Speed Soup, 2 ryvita and 2 LC light, apple
Jacket Potato and a whole tin of reduced salt and sugar beans, grapefruit.
Had two muller lights throughout day and about to have 30g bran flakes (4.5 syns), 1/2 white choc options, total 0% yog and mixed berries.
Can't wait for weigh in on Wednesday
