Six Month, Six Stone Challenge!!

Hi,

Welcome to my Food Diary....

I have set myself a Challenge of losing Six Stone in Six Months. Why??

Well today I have started a six month 'Acting Up' position at work & I've just signed back up to Slimming World & would like to lose another Six Stone!!!

So Six seams like a perfect number!!

So here goes nothing!!

(Day 1/7)

0745 Breakfast
Porridge (HE B), Sweetner, Cinnamon & Skimmed Milk (HE A).

1300 Lunch
Ham Salad with Syn Free Dressing, Syn Free Yoghurt, Celery, Banana, Grapes & Apple.

1845 Dinner
Chicken Chow Mein (7.5 Syn's) & Chips (5 Syn's) (Forgot to get food out for dinner but stayed within my Syn's, just!!)....

2030 Evening Snack Apple, Pear, Grapes, Orange, Pineapple, Mug Shot & WW Hot Choc (2 Syn's)....

Daily Syn's: 14,5/15

Weekly Syn's: 14.5/105

I have put on 2.5st in 2.5 months so I'm hoping it will come off just as quick....

It will be harder as I get closer, that's for sure....

But this time I can't & will not lose focus....

I need to prove to myself I can do this & prove to my boss's that I can do this new job!!

Egg & Chicken Salad with Syn Free Dressing, Banana & Yoghurt.

Syn Free Chilli & Rice.

2030 Snack
Apple, Pineapple, Yoghurt, Mug Shot & WW Hot Choc (2 Syn's).

Daily Syn's: 2/15

Love the title of your new page and reasoning behind it.

You sound really focused, am sure you will lose that 2.5 really quickly.

I am going back to class next Weds, am looking forward to it as I feel now am ready to start again.

Guess we will have to wait until the weather improves before starting the Great South Run training, the cycle track I jog along is under water at the moment!!

Enjoy reading your diaries, as they give me ideas sometimes when I am stuck as what to have.

I'm not looking to start my GSR 2014 Training until July/August as my focus is 110% weigh loss training!!

Hope you get your focus back & do really well going forward!!

Here's to me maintaining this Diary for the full Six Months!!

im new to slimming world this week (doing it from home) and my aim is 6st too... although il be happy to acheive this in a year. im looking forward to following your journey as hopefully it'll motivate me to loose my weight quicker and your food diary will hopefully give me some insperation on meal choices as im finding it hard to come up with lunch and breakfast ideas.

Good luck I to hope to lose 6 stone too. It seems to go on in a blur hope I can stick this time. My aim is august as this is my sons birthday and our family holiday. Sick of watching from the side lines and our new apartment has a huge pool !
