Hi everyone. I started slimming world (again) on monday so here is mondays and tuesdays food diaries. I will add wednesdays later once I have decided what I'm having for tea!!


Breakfast - eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, red onion and rosemary sausages and 2x allinson wholemeal (from 400g loaf) - heb
Lunch - Pasta 'n' sauce, broccoli and cauliflower
Tea - Chicken chasseur with rice, asparagus and baby corn
Snacks - Mullerlight, Blackberries, Strawberries, Clementine
Syns - 6 mini meringues - 6 syns

Breakfast - Melon, strawberries, clementine and mullerlight
Lunch - Omelette with 30g cheddar cheese, asparagus, baby corn and cherry tomatoes
Tea - Homemade burger in a 60g wholemeal bun with sw wedges, lettuce, cucumber, gherkin, pickled onion and beetroot
Snacks - Grapes, apple, Plum
Syns - Chocolate and nut ice cream cone - 8 syns, Sugar free jelly pot - 0.5 syns
