For the first time in my 18 months as a SW online member, I've decided not to renew my membership because other things need paying off as priority. I have had a look at joining a group, but I'm so close to target that I think I can manage the last bit by myself, so this food diary serves the purpose that the online one used to.
Thursday 9th January 2014:
B - 35g porridge oats (HEB) with Koko coconut milk from allowance (part HEA) and 4 tsps Agave nectar (2 syns)
S - 1 banana
L - 60g wholemeal roll (HEB), Tesco EV tomato and onion pasta in sauce (free) with roasted cherry tomatoes, pickled red cabbage, salt and vinegar velvet crunch (4 syns) and Alpro soya yogurt (2 syns)
S - 1 banana
D - Orzo pasta bake (2 syns) with baby potatoes and 14g vitalite (4 syns), plenty of various veggies (prob broccoli, sprouts, mixed veg etc)
Drink: 200ml Koko chocolate coconut milk (HEA)
Total syns: 14
Body magic: 1 hour Kundalini yoga
