Diary of a beginner!
Hi everyone, I have decided to start a food diary on here for somewhere for me to keep track and also for some advice from others! I am going to weigh on a Monday and hope to lose a stone by April! I am 5ft2 and 9st7lb at the moment and am going to start with the extra easy plan and see how I do with that. Will update later when I've had dinner etc!
Monday 6/1/14 9st7lb
Breakfast- 1/2 grapefruit, Aplen light bar (1/2 HeB)
Lunch- chicken breast, sw chips & mixed veg in sw homemade tomato sauce
Dinner- salmon fillet, pasta, broccoli HeA grated cheese
Snacks: walkers baked (5 syns) chocolate (2.5 syns)
Will update later if I have anything else!
Had another 6 syns chocolate and a small salad & cous cous (1 syn) and my other HeB alpen light! So Thursday 9/1/14
