Thread: Oh no I've gained a stone :( My losing it diary!

    Oh no I've gained a stone :( My losing it diary!

    Soooooo, I bit the bullet and weighed myself last Saturday and what I expected was confirmed. One stone has been gained. Ahhh! Can't say I didn't deserve it, have not been on plan in any way for a good three months, so I can't even blame Christmas!!

    So, I am going for a weekend away in April and I'd like to be back to target by then. 14 lbs in 12 weeks. Should be doable???

    I don't go to class any more so will be doing it from home. Might go back in a month's time, depending on how well I do in that period (my local class is at an awkward time for me) so if anyone see's anything blatantly wrong in my diary, please do let me know, like if I'm synning things wrong.

    I take my syns as 105 over a week instead of 15 a day and that worked great for me last time, so I'll be doing that again.

    Monday 13th January 2013

    Red Day

    Breakfast:
    Cherry Bakewell Alpen Light Bar (Part of HexB)

    Balsamic Oven roasted vegetables (Tomatoes, onion, red onion, courgette, red pepper, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic, balsamic vinegar) (SF)

    2 Mandarin Oranges (SF)
    2 Laughing Cow Light triangles (Part of HexA)

    Do you do mainly red or mix it up? I did EE last time and lost over a stone, months ago, finished uni out it back on and now I'm thinking of mixing it up as I has a STS last week for no reason.

    Dinner
    Roast Veg Pasta!
    Balsamic Oven roasted vegetables (Tomatoes, onion, red onion, courgette, red pepper, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic, balsamic vinegar) (SF) - Leftovers from the night before
    Pasta
    Half a tin of chopped tomatoes to make a sauce with a little Truvia sweetener mixed in.
    Low Low Cheese (HexA)

    Snacks:
    2 Mandarin Oranges (SF)
