Ok so I don't really start till I've got my books as doing it alone but thought I'd start keeping a watch on my food as of today as it's a Sunday.

Sunday 19th.

Breakfast

4 bacon rashers, 2 sausages, egg, mushrooms and potatos all cooked in the oven so no oil/fat used with 2 slices from a small loaf of granary bread toasted.

Snacks

Special K choc and mint bar and Special K biscuits.
