Hello all! I think it's about time I create my food diary as I struggle to stick to my Syns when I don't have one!

So I have been doing slimming world from home since the 17th January 2014.
Have previously been a member of groups and have never been to keen.

I was delegated 25 Syns at this weight last year so I will stick with what I know works for me.
After every 5 stone lost I am to remove 5 Syns a day from my total. So when I reach 20st I will be on 20 Syns a day, at 15st and under I will be on 15 Syns a day.

Current weight: 25st0lb
Target weight: 13st0lb

My mini targets:
1 stone gone for good -
3 stone gone for good -
5 stone gone for good -
7 stone gone for good -
9 stone gone for good -
11 stone gone for good -
13 stone gone for good -

When I reach my 5 stone loss I will be paying for my hair to be cut and coloured.

When I reach my 10 stone loss I will be buying myself a new phone.

When I reach target I will buy myself a whole new wardrobe, shoes aswell!

I will be doing a weigh in every month at boots on the fancy little machine until I can buy myself some scales.

Breakfast;
Fat free yoghurt with apples, blackberries and sweetener

Lunch;
Tikka pasta salad with onions, chopped tomatoes, sweetcorn and 200g curry sauce (10)

Snacks;
Bob the builder cheese snacks (3.5)
Options white hot chocolate (2)
2 mini meringues (2)
3 pints NAS blackcurrant squash
2 cans coke zero

HEX-
A; 30g cheddar (grated)
B; 6 wholegrain crackerbreads

Dinner;
Chicken breast, onions, peppers, shallots and potatoes cooked in Maggi so juicy Mexican bake in a bag (2) with instant mashed potato.

Pudding;
WW yoghurt
 
Been a while since I made a entry. I have been on plan, just super busy with work and my shoulder injury.

Today was a good day :)

Extra easy

Breakfast:
Creme frache with fruit salad.

Lunch:
Carbonara - with shallots, corn and ham. used cheese granules and when diluted it made 400ml, packet instructs 2 Syns per 50mls. So 4 Syns pp.

Dinner:
2 Ryvita fruit crackers with 2 melted freddos mixed with creme frache and sweetener. (10) with summer berries. me and my partner shared this, he doesn't normally like my inventions but even he liked it. Tasted a bit like cadbury Philly. And for 10 Syns for the whole bowl, I wish I had made double so I could of popped in the fridge to set. Mmmm.

Haven't been that hungry today, but have drank so much water that every few steps results in me needing to go urgently lol. I'm hoping this cold will leave soon :(

Back again, the next few days I will still not be on sw as such, just making healthier food choices.

I fully intend to throw myself in head first when I get my wages. Being off poorly = skint! This month I am back with force! Im feeling mostly better. A prepared tesco basket containing lots of slimming world staples will set me up and running.

I look forward to committing once more, for good this time! I'm still no closer to my gall bladder surgery date, hoping it won't be too long!

I will be back, for daily updates on all things on plan! Considering going to group again? Il have a think I have a few days til I get my order anyway. Always best to prepare myself mentally! :)
