Hi guys just thought id share my food diary for today just to see if im doing things right as I feel im having too much!! Here goes

Breakfast

2 boiled eggs & fruit
Black tea

Lunch
Small bowl of couscous with veg mixed in
Banana

Tea
Chilli (SW recipe) boiled rice, mint salad
Fruit

B choice 2 alpen light bars
A choice 250 ml semi skimmed milk

Syns
Plan to have cadburys highlight hot choc later using my milk which I think is 2 syns

This seems like alot!!! Is this what I should be having tnx
