    Post *EB* Mostly RED Plan Diary - with photos

    Hello Everyone - this is a new food diary for me, I have another diary but that is more for chit chat and gossip and have decided I will have one just for my food and photos! So here it is!

    A brief overview of my SW journey for those who don't know me....I joined SW in October 2009 weighing 18 stone 3.5lbs! I have been overweight all of my adult life and been on EVERY diet plan out there....but I decided to give SW a go after trying everything else! I love it. Simple - I really love the plan.

    In July 2010 my boyfriend proposed and this spurred me on to slim for my wedding (we set the date for October 2011) and by then I had lost 5 and a half stone - I was about a size 16 and had a wonderful wedding day! We then jetted off to honeymoon, and before I knew where I was it was the new year (2012) and I had gained over a stone back on....we then bought a house in March and I had took my eye off the ball and after a holiday abroad I was another stone on again (so now 2 back on!!!) and I was pretty annoyed with myself. Around this time (April) I found out I was expecting a baby and perhaps that may be why I had gained so much weight! I was 20 weeks then - and she arrived in Sept 2012! By this time I had gained pretty much all of the weight I had lost and was close to 18 stone again! I am sure I am not the first person to have indulged in pregnancy - I was overdue by two weeks as well so was so tired I just ate junk!

    So as soon as I could re-join SW I did - and lost some of my baby weight, but now its 2014 and I still have 2 stone of the gain to lose, and have set myself to lose a further stone after that too. My target is 12 stone.

    To add to the motivation of getting to my target, I want to become a SW consultant - but want to get as much of my weight off before I start, so as I want to start training in Summer - I have got to be really 100% on plan and get rid of the weight again!

    It sometimes feels like I have been doing SW forever, but I know I want this and I can do it - so its just a case of keeping my focus and motivation!

    Right - you are up to date now on the story of my life - so lets get the food diary started! I prefer Red days, but do all the plans - each day I will state which plan I am doing - and photos will be added too!

    L - Fish sticks and Garlic and Herbs light Soft Cheese (HEA)

    D - Flattened Chicken breast topped with crushed fresh tomatoes and mushrooms and herbs (oregano and basil), SW Chips (HEB), Steamfresh veg (1 syns)
