Hi, ive decided to write a food diary, mainly because im still not sure I am getting this right and also drinking enough .i would really appreciate anyone's advice please :)

I am just getting back into SW after a lengthy break and looking for new diaries to tag along on so not heaps to read through. Your diaries look good but I would say from experience that you need to be having more fruit n veg :)

Hi thanks for reading through.i have to limit my fruit and veg because it really affects my IBS.Half of my plate is always salad because its the best way for me to get the veg in :)

Ah OK. Nothing worse, I suffered for years but seems to have disappeared for the time-being though stress or worry tends to set it off.
 
I would say so, plenty diluting & green tea is good for you :)
