So I've stuck to this for 3 months now (with a Xmas-New Year exception), so think it's time I documented it. Keep me motivated, have a record of all the positive changes I've made and maybe even encourage someone else. Plus, indulge my shameful love of food porn, AKA photographing my food:D

Yesterday I had 40g All Bran with activia vanilla yogurt and defrosted frozen berries.

Lunch poached egg on wholemeal toast with mixed salad.

Dinner. Pizza made with cauliflower base, 30g gruyere, mixed veg, sweet potato wedges and beans.

Syns. Homemade creme egg brownie, 12 syns. Totally worth it!
