Hi I'm halfway through my Primary PGCE (teacher training) course. Because I've been under a lot of stress I've been stuffing my face with biscuits and Haribo's thinking I'll eat what I like now and then I'll work hard when I'm back home in North Wales. But I completely forgot about graduation!!
So here I am back on the wagon and going it alone this time. I started on Saturday and it went well until yesterday when I had a bad day so today has been a success express day.

Breakfast
2x tangerine

Lunch
3,2,1 soup (basically 3 tins of chopped tomatoes, 2 tins of beans and one time of carrots blended)
2x wholemeal bread

Snack
Banana

Tea at 3 I was starving
Chicken and crab stick stir fry (chicken, crab sticks, 1 courgette, 1 aubergine, soya sauce and a tesco value pack of stir fry veg. There's plenty leftover for a snack tonight and tomorrow's dinner)

Snacks tonight
Banana
Grapes
Apple

9pm
I'm going to stop doing my dissertation and have a huge mug of tea with a galaxy ripple 9syns :)

Yeah I think it's the same soup :) it was the first time I made it on Sunday and I've still got plenty left over for tomorrow. It was a bit bland but it was fine with loads of pepper, I forgot to add the pickled onion lol xxx
