    Cookie crumbs

    Okay so here is my first ever online food diary....

    Breakfast: nothing, but only because my hubby left me to sleep in and I woke up at 11am...

    Lunch: pasta with fat free garlic dressing..and a spoonful of quark.

    Dinner: lean chicken and pork pieces marinated in tikka spices over night..
    Boiled rice.
    And steamed broccoli and cauliflower with garlic and chili sprinkles.
    Herbs and spices wedges with fry light oven roasted.

    Ok so any help to where im going wrong would be so appreciated .

    Im guessing this is an EE day? Can you have as many potatoes as you want on EE? Cos these ones are huge....btw I cook for me and my husband so if the portions sound huge its cos im talking about it as a whole cos I haven't dished it out yet lol x

    So plans changed a tad with dinner...

    Boiled rice
    Green beans
    Broccoli
    Sw style sticky pork...

    Iv tried several times to post a pic but it wont for some reason x

    Ok soo last night I had all my syns spare so I had a few measured out 25ml 22% vodka... I didnt use all my syns but im going to say I had 12 just cos I would rather over count the syns than underestimate how many I actually had ...if that makes sense...

    One question I need to try get answered is on extra easy are potatoes free? Oo and why are avocados syned??? Xx

    Morning! Well afternoon now...

    So breakfast I had pineapple..a whole pineapple and it were delish!
    I had five strawberries on my plate but baylie emma decided she was having them not mummy...

    Beans on toast HEX B for lunch.
    I put a tiny but of quark in the beans instead of my usual lashings of cheese..


    Tea...
    A bowl of Salad leaves spring onion with cottage cheese
    And a bowl of pasta with fresh basil and with low fat grated cheese HEX A - I think
    Muller light raspberry and cranberry I think thats syn free...

    4 pints of no added sugar dilute so far...
    Syns today is 8 ..measured vodka and diet cola
    :thumbup:

    I am a bit confused about Hex's so I am going on pintrest to recap....

    Hi Vanitydoll, yes potatoes are free on extra easy (and the Green Plan).
    Yes, it sucks that avocados are synned.
    Week 1: -1lb; Week 2: -3lbs; Week 3: -2lbs; Week 4: +2lbs;
    Week 5:
