Food Diary of a Veggi - Green Plan only :)

I'm new to the forum and after a few bad weeks im drawing a line and starting my food plan :D

I'm veggi so only follow Green Plan so I'm going to write my daily food here to keep me on the staight and narrow ;)

Day 1:

Breakfast
Fruit Salad - banana, apple, pomegranete, kiwi, strawberries, pear
Options Choloate Brownie (3syns)

Lunch
Pasta Bake - peppers, mushroom, carrots, onion, garlic, tinned toms, fat free fromage frais and cheese (30g) on top HXA, decided to add a side salad so added sweetcorn, cucumber, carrott, onion, red and white cabbage - was yummy and I'm so full now :)

Dinner
cheese and potato pie (HXA) with beans, hot choc (3 syns), small eclair (7 syns)

Supper
Boiled egg, 2 wholemeal toast (hxb x2), banana and apple.

Total syns: 13

Day 2

Breakfast

Amazing fruit salad made by my hubby! (wish I could upload a photo!)
Stawberries, satsuma, banana, pear, pineapple, grapes, apple, pomegranete, melon

Lunch
diet coke, cheese, tomato sandwich (hxa, hxb x 2), small bag of pretzels (5.5 syns), carrot sticks with hummous (2 syns)

Dinner
Quorn stir fry - onions, mushroom, red and yellow pepper, quorn chicken, noodles, soy sauce and spices, small eclair (7 syns)

Total syns: 14.5
 
Day 3 Breakfast Fruit Salad - pear, satsuma, banana, apple, pineapple, grapes, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries. with a raspberry and dark choc sprinkles yoghurt. Office Naughtiness French Fancy (5.5 syns) Chocolate cookie (3.5 syns) Damn people bringing in cakes and buiscuits because its friday and my lack of will power! Lunch Pasta Bake - peppers, mushroom, carrots, onion, garlic, tinned toms, fat free fromage frais and cheese (30g) on top (HXa), steam bag of veg (carrots, butternut squash, onion, peas, peppers) Dinner
Went to a party and it was all rubbish food and I ate it :( plus a bottle of wine and 3 cans of cider!

Total syns for the day: FAR TO MANY!

3 rashers quorn bacon (from chiller free)
Scrambled egg no milk
Tinned toms
Fried pots (frylight)
2 toast (hxb)
