Your food sounds lovly. Chicken casserole sounds nice. I have never put lentils in, does it thicken it?

    Hi Nanny Dorren

yes, the lentils do thicken it - dont need any gravy then, just the oxo cube.

Havent been on plan as not been feeling well, stinking cold and sinusitis. Back to it today though.

    Breakfast
2 small wholemeal with 2 nume sausages, with a bit of clover (3.5 syns)

    Lunch
Chicken casserole (just for a change, lol)

    Dinner
    Cottage pie

Snack - got some ww yogurts that are free in the fridge if I can be bothered to have any of them.

I like that `chicken casserole just for a change` my breakfasts are always so similar each day and I love chicken thighs.

Hope you are feeling better, that sinusitis can be bad can`t it. Not something I suffer with but my brother does quite a lot.

Next time I do a chicken casserole I will put some lentils in, as you say saves on any syns for gravy. Don`t like lentils in soup but will defo try next week when I plab the next casserole. Will let you know what I think. I was beginning to wonder what I could do with them. I was going to throw them away.
