Am I on the right track?

Well it's been an embarrassingly long time since I've been on here  I am still a fat pie and life just seems pretty pants overall to be honest. I need to dig myself out of this crater I've created so first step is getting back on the wagon and becoming healthy, not just slim, but healthy mentally as well as physically.

Anyhoo, enough of my pity party. I haven't managed to get to a class or sign up online yet (waiting for payday) and I'm sure things have changed in the last 2 years so could some kind person have a look over what I've just planned for tomorrow's eats and let me know if I'm on the right track please?

Extra Easy:

B: 2 x nimble toast (HEB), 2 tsp (10g) peanut butter (3syns), banana, cup of peppermint tea

SNACK: carrot and celery with free homemade hummus (chick peas, f/f yoghurt, garlic, lemon, pepper)

LUNCH: 2 x boiled eggs, big salad, balsamic vinegar, cup of green tea

SNACK: 1 x apple 28g cheddar (HEA)

TEA: baked salmon fillet, roasted garlic veg in coconut oil (3syns), 1xtbsp sweet chilli sauce (1.5syns)

PUD: 0%greek yog with pineapple, cup of peppermint tea

if the need takes me then I have a stash of treat size choc at 3-4 syns each so u could have one of them.

TOTAL SYNS: 7.5 or 10.5 depending on if there's a choc emergency

feel free to tell me if I've got it all wrong, like I say it's been a loooong time :sigh:

Looks brilliant! It actually looks closer to Red than EE to me (if you counted the chickpeas in the hummus as your second HexB). If you wanted to you could have more carbs (pasta, rice, potato are free on EE) with your dinners with EE - but just checking you know this, it's entirely up to you!

Gwella - I get so confused over red and green so tend to stick to EE. I try to stay away from carbs, more so white, processed ones as I have IBS and it just aggravates it. I've got some quinoa and brown rice in the cupboard so they will make an appearance soon :)

Ok so today didn't go exactly as planned because I wasn't as hungry as I thought I'd be which is always a bonus!

didn't have either snacks or pud but have just eaten a pear and have a cheeky wee teeny fudge bar to eat with a cup of milky coffee to use up my HEA.

Hopefully most days run this smoothly... ;)
