For those who have followed my yo-yo journey, Yes another new Diary!!

This time it's Simple....

13 weeks = 39lb loss = 19st 13.5lb....

Out of the 20's by 7th July 2014!!

Starting weight 22st 10.5lb....

Day 1 Tomorrow, Let's Ave It.....

BELIEVE it will Happen.....

FAILURE is not an Option.....

0630 Gym Time

Up Bright and Early for a Mobility Session of Cycling & a Swim. Very Stiff from Sunday & Monday's sessions.
Raspberry Ripple Skinny Protein Shake (6 Syn's)

0800 Breakfast

Porridge (HE B), Cinnamon, Sweetener & Skimmed Milk (HE A).

1030 Mid Morning Snack

Apple & Banana.

1230 Lunch

Jacket Potato, Chicken & Sweetcorn Mayo (2 Syn's) with Salad & Syn free Dressing.

1530 Afternoon Snack

Roast Chicken Mug Shot.

1745 Dinner

Salmon, Potatoes & Veg.

2000 Evening Snack

Orange, Mug Shot, Hot Choc. (2 Syn's) & Curry Bake.

Daily Syn's: 10/15

WIFE's BIRTHDAY, EATEN & DRUNK WAY TO MUCH!!!!
