Need to shift this last stone!
So I have decided to give slimming world a go, I was doing weight watchers but I'm getting a bit bored of it and think I need to change things up! I am currently 10st 8lbs and would be happy to get anywhere below 10. I havent gone to a meeting but my mam and sister go so I have been looking in there books. I will decide next week whether to stay or change back to weight watchers and if I am I will definitely go to a meeting .
So here goes my plan for today
Porridge(hexB) with milk (hexA)
Grapes and an apple
Rice with veggies and chicken
Weight watchers yogurt
Please let me know if I get stuff wrong it'll take awhile to get used to this!
