Breakfast: 60g wholemeal toast (HEXB), 0.5 tbsp Nutella (2 syns), 0.5 tbsp peanut butter (2.25 syns).
Lunch: Tuna fishcakes (tuna (F), mashed potato (F), onion (SF), coriander, chilli, garlic), sugar snap peas (SF).
Dinner: Pasta Arrabiata (pasta (F), pepper (SF), carrot (SF), onion (SF), celery (SF), chilli, garlic, basil), 30g cheese (HEXA).
Snacks: Apple (SF), 2 satsumas (SF), 3 squares Galaxy (3.6 syns), 1 Milka bunny (5 syns)
Total Syns: 12.85
The tuna fishcakes I made up on the spur of the moment out of things in my cupboard and they were delicious! Would definitely recommend them. Also, I weighed in this morning and I have gone back to target! Wooo! Although it is my birthday next week so a lot of food and alcohol will end up being consumed... I am just going to enjoy it and then get back to Food Optimising as soon as I can.
