My food diary x

Started slimming world a week and a half ago, i only lost a pound in my first week despite thinking i stuck to it. Onto week two, this is my food dairy starting yesterday :)


Breakfast - Total 0% yogurt, banana, Melon.

Lunch - Chicken breast with my own rub of herbs and spices, plus savoury rice and salad.

Dinner - Roast chicken with skin removed, new potatoes and roasted Mediterranean veg and some gravy, followed by another total 0% yoghurt with sweetener.

Snacks- Muller light, 2 skinless drumsticks from roast chicken, curly wurly, pineapple

6 Syns for curly wurly, not sure how many syns in the gravy, i only had a little bit, i had no other syns yesterday.
 
They're great aren't they, feel like a real treat!

Had a bad day yesterday, starting from Friday night, we went out and didn't have much time so grabbed some chicken nuggets from the takeaway, then had way too much vodka and spent the day yesterday hung over laying on the sofa eating junk, tut tut... won't let it bother me too much though straight back on it this morning with a SW big breakfast, taking my daughter to a party this afternoon so not sure about lunch need to think of something I can take with me but already had my bread today so not too sure :confused:

I've spectacularly fallen off the wagon, I have a rotten cold and feeling like death, just want comfort food!! Let's hope the motivation comes back when I'm feeling better :mad:
