ok so i have jumped on the slimming world wagon, again. after losing nearly four stone last year i have put nearly all of it back on after having my gorgeous baby boy on new years day, and i have a bridesmaid dress to wear in july that doesn’t currently fit. so i will be using this diary to keep track and as a motivational tool for myself so will probably not interest any one else in the slightest but if anyone does read this and has any advice for me i would be very grateful!
So for breakfast today i have had
total 0% greek yoghurt with frozen berries and acacia honey 1 syn
Lunch was a side salad with jack potato beans and a dairylea light triangle followed by melon and grapes and a walk with the baby
Dinner today was spag bol with loads if onions and peppers, 2 slices of bread with 2 dairylea triangles, bread wasnt a HEb so have synned it but was well within my allowance, went and dis a mini shop to stock up on sw friendly things! My treat tonight was a caramel rocky which is 5 syns which makes my total for today 8 syns
Breakfast was 2 slices wholemeal toast heb with 2 dairylea light triangles hea and a satsuma
