Thought I would start this aswell as a weight loss diary to make sure I stay on track for my 60th birthday. Any hints or tips and if you can see im going wrong somewhere will be more that welcome

B/fast porridge berries and a banana

Lunch lean pork lots of vegetables and a jacket potato

Dinner not sure yet..depends how hungry I am
HA 350ml skimmed milk
HB 35g porridge
Syns will gave to update when I find out how many gravy is
