Amazonian is aiming high!
I'm a newbie to this forum but as today is day 1 of my healthy eating (based on slimming world but doing it at home) I thought I may as well start a food diary on here to try and keep myself in check. I used to just follow red/green days but I am having a go at extra easy too - although tis a bit tricky without the books to refer to!
So here we go Day 1: Extra Easy
Breakfast - Melon, raspberries, kiwifruit, strawberries and mandarins with a strawberry mullerlight
Lunch - 2 x ryvita fruit crunch (HEB)
Dinner - Lean steak, jacket potato, cheese (HEA), 1 tsp spread (1.5 syns), loads of cherry tomatoes fried in a little frylight and a small salad
Dessert - Orange Mullerlight yoghurt with dark choc sprinkles, topped with fresh mandarins and a shortbread biscuit (5 syns)
Drinks - Diet Pepsi and a couple of cups of tea (milk 6 syns)
So I've done pretty well for my first day back on plan in about 3 years! I really hope I can stick to it. I have to do some more shopping so that I have a bit more choice in what I can eat. I have a lot of weight to lose and I desperately want to be slim.
