After messing about doing online and failing miserably have now decided to go back to class on Wednesday night but don't want to lose any more days so am starting today

Breakfast
2 bacon medallions, 2 nume sausages (2), egg and 100g baked beans (have to keep my carbs l o w)

Lunch

Dinner

Snacks
 
Just got back from two hour walk down the locks. Knackered now lol. Am not used to all that walking but need to do it more often
 
Had a few hiccups this week but re-joined a group last night so today is day 1.

Day 1
Breakfast
Bacon medallions, dry fried egg and baked beans
Snack
Banana
Lunch
Chicken casserole made with skinless chicken breast, potatoes, red lentils, green beans, carrots and oxo cube
Snack
Muller light greek style luscious lemon yogurt (0.5 syn)
Dinner
2 small wholemeal (HEB) with 2 dry fried eggs

Semi skimmed milk for teas (HEA)

1/2 bottle red wine (12 syns)
