Hi Everyone!
I started Slimming World today with the aim of losing just over 2 stone. I have lost 6 stone on WW but totally plateaued so thought I'd give SW a try after hearing so many of my friends raving about it
I grasp the 'rules' of the plan and am positive I can reach my goals. I haven't joined the actual group yet as I don't get paid for a couple of weeks, but I was dying to get started. I just wanted to ask if someone wouldn't mind looking over my food diary for today to ensure I actually have grasped it correctly? I am doing an Extra Easy day today.
Breakfast - Smoked Salmon, 1 egg (scrambled), lambs lettuce, with a squirt of lemon juice.
Lunch - Chicken breast, with 1/2 avocado, lettuce, tomato, cucumber & 42g of feta.
Dinner - Spaghetti Bolognaise, which I'm going to cook following the recipe from the SW website, served with salad.
Drinks - Water and green tea with lemon.
I haven't found the need to snack yet, but if I do, I have a packet of Velvet Crunch and an apple in my bag.
Does this seem ok?
Thank you in advance for any advice offered.
Ruth
