Have decided to switch to red days as its better for my weight loss and also for my blood sugars

Breakfast
2 x bacon, 1 ww sausage (1/2 syn), egg and tinned tomatoes
Snack
Pineapple
Lunch
Birds Eye salmon in dill sauce
Chips in jacket potato (heb)
Cauliflower
Carrots

Been a bit lax but yesterday was

Breakfast
2 bacon, 2 eggs fried in frylight, 2 small wholemeal (HEB) and tinned tomatoes

Snack
Banana

Lunch
Roast beef, 100g new potatoes (1/2 HEB) with broccoli, green beans, 2 yorkshires (5 syns) and gravy (2 syns)

Snack
Strawberries and numcreme fraiche (1/2 syn)

Dinner
Cheese (HEA) omelette cooked in 1tsp butter (2 syns)
