I had a lie-in this morning and didn't have time for breakfast but wasn't that hungry.

Lunch: salad with rocket, celery leaves, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, baby gherkins and balsamic dressing

Snack: 2 chocolate chip cookies (5syns)

Dinner: beef casserole, made in my slow cooker, with carrots, celery, onions, beef stock, and parsnips and served with jacket potato and cheddar cheese (hexa)

Desert: chocolate 'cheesecake', alpen light bar (hexb) melted and squashed down with 0% total yoghurt mixed with options Belgian chocolate (2syns) on top

7syns for today and had a chocolate fix!

Lunch: pasta with homemade tomato sauce and low fat cheddar (hexa)

Dinner: Wasn't planned but my friend asked me to stay for fish and chips so I did my best and had it with the batter removed (17.5 syns)

Lunch: bacon and salad (lettuce, rocket, cherry tomatoes, baby gherkins, olives) (1syn)


Snacks: pineapple fingers, cheese sandwich - wholemeal pitta (hexb) and cheddar (hexa)


Dinner: KFC 3 boneless strips, medium fries, dips (it was the only place open after the cinema) (estimated at 40syns - not sure but I'd rather over estimate)

Sunday


Breakfast: bacon sandwich - wholemeal pitta (hexb), kiwi fruits


Lunch: bacon and salad (lettuce, rocket, cherry tomatoes, baby gherkins)


Snacks: options hot chocolate - chocolate fix! (2 syns)


Dinner: beef casserole with jacket potato and cheese (hexa)

Edited as I didn't have the hot chocolate in the end, I drank lots of squash and decided I didn't need it so 2 syns saved!

Lunch sounds lovely
It's a recipie I invented after house sitting for my mum and stepdad and raiding his garden. Originally was olive oil and lots of cheese but changed it to make it more SW friendly by using low fat pesto and having my hexa of cheese or leaving the cheese all together. I have discovered how much I can do without since being on SW.

Tuesday


Breakfast: grapes, pineapple, kiwi, alpen light bar (1/2 hexb)


Lunch: jacket potato with beef casserole and cheese (1/2 hexa)

It has to be said that I'm getting a bit bored with salad for lunch but is difficult as I need something quick and easy to eat when I'm working because I don't have a proper lunch break and rarely have the option to heat anything up. So I've had a look at the lunch ideas sticky and looking forward to a bit more variety!
