Here I go again......!!
Just having a go at doing a food diary to see if I can stay motivated. I started EE on SW last week. Weighed in today 3 1/2 lbs lighter, want to keep that weight loss going!!
Thursday 29th May - EE
Healthy Extra's - skimmed milk/ half fat cheese & weetabix
Breakfast - weetabix, skimmed milk
Lunch - 3 x Smash scones and ham salad
Tea - pasta with home made veg sauce and chorizo (6 syns) and half fat cheese
Muller light Banana and custard (1 syn)
Drinks - tea x 4 and coke zero
Total syns: 7
Not a bad day!!
Friday is my worst day. I like a drink! So I did some body magic, couch to 5k 2nd day of week one.
Breakfast - weetabix and skimmed milk
Lunch - bacon (fat cut off) with grilled tomatoes
Tea - Spanish chicken bake, hairy bikers. (5syns for chorizo)
Made some super duper 1/2 syn chocolate brownies, ate a few! (4 syns)
And as for the gin...... Watch this space ;)

Hmmmm, had a few days off writing my diary. Not had bad days (except one ice cream and popcorn sundae!) but just been busy!
Breakfast- weetabix (HEXB) and skimmed milk (HEXA)
Lunch - subway ham salad with light mayo (2 syns)
Turkish delight muller light
Tea - Cream Chicken pasta (from SW magazine, free on EE as made with quark not Philadelphia)
Snacks - 2 x cans of coke zero. Packet of velvet crunch (4 syns). Cereal bar (5 syns).
Exercise: week 2 of couch 2 5k.
Feeling very full!! X
I always forget that Subway to salads as well as sandwiches!!
As long as you enjoyed the ice cream then it cant be all that bad! Still need to try those brownies- although need a no-syn day so I can devour the lot :P
Hmmmm, it's my birthday today. Was good all day until the birthday cake started looking at me. Have to have cake on birthdays if you have kids, it's the law!! Weigh in tomorrow....... Fingers crossed!!

0.5 lbs off. Not great but I have had cake and ice cream so can't really complain!!
Cant complain about a loss- no matter how small!
I had a STS last week but hoping for a loss this week (weigh in day is Saturday).
